RCIC Initial Consultation Agreement
This Initial Consultation Agreement is entered into between Zahra Shabani (referred to as “RCIC”) and the client for the purpose of an initial consultation regarding a particular immigration program, based on the information provided by the Client.
• Limited Engagement: This Agreement constitutes a limited engagement, and no legal authority is granted to RCIC beyond the scope of this initial consultation. RCIC’s role is solely to provide advice and guidance during the consultation.
• Method of Consultation: The consultation may be conducted in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, depending on the mutual agreement between RCIC and the Client. The consultation will continue for as long as necessary for RCIC to perform the services outlined in this Agreement.
• Client Responsibility: The Client agrees to provide accurate and honest factual information and documentation regarding their immigration matter. Any inaccurate or dishonest information provided by the Client may impact the advice given by RCIC and may void this Agreement.
• Consultation Details: The Client acknowledges that the advice provided during the consultation is based on the information provided at that time and may not be applicable or accurate if circumstances change. RCIC makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of the immigration matter based on the consultation.
• Confidentiality: RCIC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed by the Client during the consultation, except as required by law or with the Client’s express consent.
• No Refund: The Client acknowledges that the consultation fee is non-refundable. The Client agrees not to record the consultation or invite any other person to participate in the consultation without the written consent of Ms. Zahra Shabani.
• Regulatory Compliance: Zahra Shabani is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). As such, she is bound by the By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and regulations of the ICCRC.
• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the province/territory of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
